The mainstream media are silent to the fact Victoria Police have failed to defend a claim against them by an employee who refused to take the life shortening COVID-19 vaccination. The vaccination that has maimed and killed countless people was the subject of the case of Simon Peter Shearer who was successful in beating charges against him of a breach of discipline for failing to comply with the vaccination requirements of the Victoria Police manual. Police found the charges proven and Shearer was reprimanded and denied procedural fairness. The reprimand was quashed with an order in the nature of certiorari.
