A draconian control system put in place by the Parliament of Victoria robbing you of due process of law and providing the Premier of Victoria unvetted unchecked powers that God himself does not possess. The power to declare a pandemic when no pandemic exists. The power to discriminate against different classes of people. The power to bypass parliamentary oversight.
It appears the Victorian Parliament has been usurped by a totalitarian power hungry regime hell bent on destroying the fundamental foundations of what it means to be a democratic society.
