Western Australia Government Gazette No.62 of May 2nd, 2018 correctly commissioned under the Letters Patent of 1986, has been validly constituted under Letters Patent. Does this mean the Governor of the other several States of the Commonwealth fail to be correctly constituted and therefore invalid? Has the line of authority between Her Majesty and the current Governor's of those States been severed by most of the several States of the Commonwealth?
