The below Freedom of Information response shows a legal advice to the Prime Minister and Cabinets Office to update the Royal Style and Titles Act so as to create a new title for King Charles III to adopt in relation to Australia and its Territories. In a recent video of the Constitutional Clarion Professor Ann Twomey lays claim a title Act or amendment is not required for King Charles suggesting the King can effectively use the Queens title.
