The Biosecurity (Human Biosecurity Emergency) (Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) Declaration 2020, by the Governor General does not establish a pandemic within Australia. It simply establishes the potential which is "showing the capacity to develop into something in the future". to date the Governor General has failed to declare a Pandemic within Australia.
