Are the Letters Patent establishing the permanent office of Governor General in 1900 by Queen Victoria the same office as established in 1984 under the Queen of Australia? How can the Office be the same as constituted if the title of Queen of Australia fails to be for The Commonwealth of Australia & under the Crown of the United Kingdom?
